ANALISIS KONSEP TRI PUSAT PENDIDIKAN KI HADJAR DEWANTARA DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER GENERASI EMAS 2045

This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the Tri-Center Education concept initiated by Ki Hadjar Dewantara in his work "Karya Ki Hadjar Dewantara Bagian I: Pendidikan" and its implications for the character formation of Indonesia’s Golden Generation 2045. This research employs a library research method, analyzing data from various relevant sources including the original works of Ki Hadjar Dewantara, books, academic journals, and official documents related to education and the vision of Indonesia 2045. The results of the study indicate that: 1) The Tri-Center Education concept, which encompasses the family environment, educational institutions (schools), and the youth movement (society), is regarded as a holistic educational ecosystem that is crucial for producing excellent human resources by 2045. 2) The analysis reveals that synergy among these three centers is vital in shaping a Golden Generation that is intelligent, innovative, globally competitive, and morally grounded. Nevertheless, its implementation faces both supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors include the culture of gotong royong (mutual cooperation) and character-based curricula, while inhibiting factors include dysfunctional modern families, the negative dominance of technology, and shifting social values. This study concludes that the relevance of Ki Hadjar Dewantara’s educational philosophy remains timeless and serves as a fundamental foundation for realizing the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045, supported by aligned religious values
