Teacher character development is a fundamental aspect of education, as teachers serve not only as transmitters of knowledge but also as role models in shaping students' character. At TMI Putri Al-Amien Prenduan, the community service program is implemented as a key medium for instilling character values in prospective teachers. This study aims to describe the process of character value inculcation through the community service program and to identify its supporting and inhibiting factors. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that character development is carried out through three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. Inhibiting factors include limitations in human resources and systemic issues, while supporting factors consist of the environment, facilities, system, and qualified human resources
