Generation Z faces complex character challenges such as identity crises, social media addiction, poor self-control, and declining social and spiritual sensitivity. Islamic-based character education serves as one of the key strategies to address these issues. This study aims to examine the concept, implementation, and impact of the Bina Pribadi Islam (BPI) program in shaping students’ character at SMA IT Tunas Harapan Ilahi Tangerang. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that BPI at SMA IT Tunas Harapan Ilahi is implemented as an integral part of the school curriculum through spiritual development, worship habituation, halaqah mentoring, character projects, and the reinforcement of Islamic manners (adab). The program has had a positive impact on improving students’ discipline, consistency in performing religious practices, and social interactions. These outcomes align with the principles of Bloom’s Affective Taxonomy and Al-Ghazali’s perspective on the importance of role modeling and the habituation of righteous deeds. The study recommends enhancing the capacity of BPI mentors and further developing program materials to make them more adaptive to the characteristics of Generation Z
