The Qur’an stands as the greatest miracle of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), endowed with a transformative power that reformed society in all dimensions, including faith, worship, ethics, and social order. One of its central aspects is I’jaz bayani the Qur’an’s inimitable eloquence manifested through its linguistic structure, rhetorical style, and unique arrangement of words, which no human composition can rival. This study aims to examine the Qur’anic method of societal reform from the perspective of Fahd bin ‘Abdurrahman al-Rumi in his work Khasha’is al-Qur’an. Employing a qualitative library research approach, the study analyzes how the Qur’an, through I’jaz bayani, engages the human heart, stimulates the intellect, and shapes social behavior. The findings reveal that the Qur’anic methodology rests on universal principles such as tadarruj (gradualism), ḥikmah (wisdom), maw’idhah ḥasanah (good exhortation), and mujādalah bi al-latī hiya aḥsan (the best form of dialogue). These principles proved effective in transforming the pre-Islamic Arab society into a civilized Islamic community and remain highly relevant in addressing contemporary challenges such as moral crises, cultural disruption, and value disorientation. Thus, the Qur’anic method, articulated through I’jaz bayani, is not merely of historical significance but also offers a sustainable and divinely grounded paradigm for modern social reform
