This research examines the implementation of the muroja'ah method to improve the values of Al-Qur'an and Hadith subjects in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, Bandung Regency. The background of this study is the suboptimal memorization achievement of students due to inadequate planning, implementation, and evaluation processes. This qualitative research employs a case study method at MI Panyocokan and MI Sukarasa, Bandung Regency. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies involving school principals, teachers, and students. The results indicate that the planning of the muroja'ah method involves various parties including foundations, committees, principals, and teacher councils. Implementation consists of three main activities: preliminary, core, and closing activities, involving teacher guidance and peer review. Evaluation is conducted through weekly, mid-semester, and final semester assessments, as well as graduation examinations. The main challenges identified include student age maturity levels, differences in ability levels, lack of willingness or motivation to memorize, insufficient teacher competence, and environmental factors. Solutions implemented include developing a pleasant learning atmosphere, improving teacher competence, establishing cooperation with parents and Qur'an teachers, and creating study groups. This research contributes to the understanding of effective strategies in implementing the muroja'ah method for improving Al-Qur'an learning achievement in elementary Islamic schools
