This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Qur’anic Reading and Writing (Baca-Tulis al-Qur’an/BTQ) strategy and the role of parental attention in enhancing students’ memorization abilities at the elementary education level. The recurring issue of low memorization capacity among students in tahfiz programs forms the basis for exploring the integration of pedagogical methods and family support simultaneously. This research adopts a library research approach by critically analyzing various scholarly sources, prior studies, and relevant publications that discuss the correlation between learning strategies, parental involvement, and students' memory performance. The analysis was conducted through a comparative-critical framework drawn from national and international journals. The findings reveal that the BTQ strategy effectively strengthens students’ long-term memory retention by engaging multisensory elements in the learning process. Concurrently, sustained parental attention significantly influences students’ motivation and persistence in memorizing the Qur’an. The combination of these factors results in a measurable positive impact on both the spiritual and cognitive development of students. This research contributes both theoretically and practically to the development of religion-based education strategies and serves as a reference for educational institutions and families in supporting tahfiz programs holistically
