This study aims to analyze the integration between Islamic law and customs in the Patobang Parsahabatan tradition that develops in the Mandailing Natal community. This tradition is a social practice that strengthens friendship, solidarity, and the value of togetherness in community life. This study uses a qualitative research method with a juridical-normative and sociological approach. Data were obtained through literature studies, observations, and interviews with traditional and religious leaders in Mandailing Natal. The results of the study indicate that the Patobang Parsahabatan tradition has social values that are in line with the principles of Islamic law, such as ukhuwah (brotherhood), mutual assistance (ta'awun), and maintaining silaturahmi (silaturahmi). In practice, customs and sharia are integrated through the principles of adat dohot syara', syara' dohot Kitabullah which serve as guidelines for the Mandailing community. As long as its implementation does not contain elements that conflict with the faith, sharia, or principles of Islamic law, this tradition can be accepted as part of 'urf (community customs) recognized in Islamic law. Therefore, the Patobang Parsahabatan tradition can be viewed as a form of harmonization between customary values and Islamic teachings in the lives of the Mandailing Natal community
