SURVEI TINGKAT KETERAMPILAN GERAK PEREGANGAN SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PJOK SMK MUHAMMADIYAH 1 MALANG

This study aimed to determine the level of stretching movement skills of students in Physical Education, Sport, and Health (PJOK) learning at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Malang. This research used a descriptive quantitative approach to measure students' stretching skills. The research subjects were 35 students participating in PJOK learning. The instrument used was a stretching movement skill assessment sheet covering five aspects: movement accuracy, movement sequence, execution technique, body posture, and movement fluency. Assessment used a 1–4 scale converted into a 0–100 range. The results showed an overall average score of 73.71, classified in the good category. The category distribution revealed that 12 students (34.3%) were in the very good category, 12 students (34.3%) in the good category, and 11 students (31.4%) in the adequate category. The movement accuracy and movement sequence aspects obtained the highest average of 3.00, while body posture obtained the lowest average of 2.89. It was concluded that the pupils’ stretching skills fell into the ‘good’ category, with an average score of 73.71, with the aspects of accuracy and sequence of movements achieving the highest scores, whilst the aspect of body posture still needs improvement
