This study aims to formulate an integrative classroom management model for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) that combines Islamic spiritual values with principles of educational psychology to enhance learning effectiveness and student character development. The background of this study is based on the finding that PAI learning practices remain predominantly cognitive and memorization-oriented, while the internalization of values, emotional regulation, and moral development have not been systematically integrated into classroom management. A qualitative method was employed through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) supported by content analysis to identify key themes, concepts, and principles from relevant scholarly literature. The findings reveal that integrating spiritual values such as role modeling, discipline, and responsibility with psychological approaches focused on motivation, emotional intelligence, and developmental needs can create more humanistic, adaptive, and meaningful PAI learning environments. However, gaps persist between theory and practice, particularly in regard to technical implementation and psychospiritual evaluation instruments. This study proposes a conceptual model as a foundation for developing instructional strategies, character assessment, and professional training for PAI teachers to support effective, applicable, and sustainable learning outcomes
