BOARDING SCHOOL "REKONSTRUKSI IDEOLOGIS PENDIDIKAN MUHAMMADIYAH": PERSPEKTIF PERMASALAHAN PENDIDIKAN DASAR DAN MENENGAH

The educational ideology of Muhammadiyah Boarding School can be studied from the perspective of primary and secondary education problems. This study aims to analyze the ideology of education in Muhammadiyah Boarding School and identify the implications of the ideology for primary and secondary education issues. The in-depth study uses a qualitative approach to Muhammadiyah Boarding School as an educational institution that represents the Muhammadiyah organization in the context of primary and secondary education. The problems include: the dynamics of education, the low quality of education, the inequality of access to education, and the high cost of education. The research method uses descriptive, literature review and historical heuristic. The results showed that the ideology of education in Muhammadiyah Boarding School has several aspects to consider, such as resource management, curriculum, teaching, and evaluation. In addition, this ideology is also influenced by Islamic values and principles that are the foundation of the Muhammadiyah organization. The implications of the educational ideology found include problems such as educational disparities, access difficulties, and challenges in achieving better quality education. A clear vision can provide a clear direction for MBS in achieving its goals. Good cooperation among stakeholders can improve the effectiveness of MBS management. A good MBS education ideology can provide quality education, equitable access to education, and affordable education costs. Ideological reconstruction of good education with boarding schools is a solution to overcome the problems of primary and secondary education in the midst of the dynamics of life influences that affect the young generation of Islam
