This study aims to develop an interactive HTML web-based formative evaluation media named "Jejak Sang Muhaddits" for the Al-Qur'an Hadits subject, specifically on the material of Authentic Hadith as a Basis for Islamic Law, for tenth-grade students of Madrasah Aliyah. The development was motivated by the decline in students' intrinsic motivation due to the use of monotonous conventional written evaluation instruments. This study employs the Research and Development (R&D) method utilizing the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Unlike instant quiz platforms, this media was developed independently through custom coding (HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) by integrating gamification and role-playing simulation elements. The accumulation of reputation points from students' answers is processed into a branching outcome resulting in classical Islamic academic titles. The feasibility validation test obtained an average percentage of 91.11% (Highly Feasible category) from both material and media experts. Field trials involving 25 students indicated that this media is highly effective in increasing motivation and active participation. The media also integrates cloud computing to recapitulate score data to Google Spreadsheets in near real-time. A technical obstacle regarding data communication system blocking on iOS devices due to security sandbox policies was comprehensively resolved by implementing an online deployment to a public server (GitHub Pages). Overall, this media is proven valid, highly feasible, and practical as an inclusive digital learning evaluation innovation.
