EKSPLORASI PEMANFAATAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DALAM PROSES PEMBELAJARAN DI PERGURUAN TINGGI

This study is motivated by the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), which increasingly influences the learning process in higher education through adaptive and interactive digital technologies. Although various studies have discussed the use of AI in education, comprehensive studies examining the benefits, challenges, and implications of AI in learning are still limited. This study aims to explore the utilization of Artificial Intelligence in the learning process in higher education using a literature review approach. The data sources were obtained from national and international journal articles, books, and other relevant scientific documents analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results indicate that AI is utilized in adaptive learning, educational chatbots, automated assessment, and the development of digital learning media. The use of AI provides positive impacts, including improved learning effectiveness, personalized learning materials, and easier access to academic information. However, the implementation of AI also faces challenges such as low digital literacy, academic ethical issues, technological dependence, and limited educational infrastructure
