RUANG LINGKUP ADMINISTRASI PEMBELAJARAN : EVALUASI DAN PENGENDALIAN PEMBELAJARAN, PENGELOLAAN SARANA DAN PRASARANA PEMBELAJARAN

Abstract

Contemporary education demands a productive learning environment supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure; however, there is a research gap regarding weak standardization of procedures and documentation that hinders the optimization of facilities in improving instructional quality. This study aims to describe the practices of facilities and infrastructure management, analyze its contribution to learning quality, and formulate development strategies. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design, this research involved the principal, vice-principal of facilities and infrastructure, teachers, and students as purposive samples. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, then analyzed using condensation, data display, and conclusion-drawing techniques. The results indicate that management practices follow a systemic cycle from planning to disposal, integrated with financial accountability. Significant findings identify that infrastructure quality has a positive impact on psychological, pedagogical, and administrative dimensions. However, its effectiveness is still hindered by limited funding and a lack of human resource technical expertise. Optimization strategies are implemented through preventive maintenance and the revitalization of the school committee's role as a strategic partner. This study concludes that the synchronization between administrative governance and the utilization of digital technology is a key instrument in bridging the educational quality gap to achieve competitive achievement standards
