Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in education, especially in the economics learning process at schools. The use of digital learning media such as Kahoot, Quizizz, Wordwall, Blooket, blended learning, VideoScribe, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an innovation capable of creating more interactive and engaging learning experiences. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital learning media on students’ learning motivation in economics subjects. The research employed a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained from 15 relevant national journals published between 2021 and 2026. Data collection techniques were carried out through documentation and searching scientific journals from various electronic sources. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that digital learning media have a positive and significant influence on students’ learning motivation. The use of digital media can improve students’ attention, participation, enthusiasm, self-confidence, and engagement in economics learning. In addition, gamification-based and interactive technology media are able to create enjoyable and non-monotonous learning environments. Therefore, digital learning media can be used as an innovative alternative to improve the quality of economics learning in schools
